S&P Global has signed a multi-year partnership with Google Cloud to strengthen its enterprise artificial intelligence strategy.
The collaboration focuses on advancing S&P Global’s enterprise-wide transformations in agentic AI, data distribution, and workflow automation.
The deal will unify S&P’s proprietary data on BigQuery for faster, AI-ready insights and expand customer-facing agentic tools on Gemini Enterprise, including integrations that let users interact directly with S&P data. It also aims to boost employee productivity through Gemini Enterprise and new data agents that embed S&P intelligence into internal and client workflows.
Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian called the partnership a major milestone in S&P’s AI strategy and part of its ongoing multi-cloud approach.
“Our strategic partnership with S&P Global showcases the power of advanced AI and data distribution to drive large-scale enterprise transformation,” Kurian stated. “We are committed to equipping S&P Global with the platform it needs to turn its essential intelligence into faster, more secure, AI-ready insights for its workforce and customers.”
